Questions
How billing works
When does the free period start?
On the day you register. You get 30 days with every feature, and you can see the days left in Settings → Plan & billing.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Register with your email and phone number and start straight away.
What does the 3% apply to?
Online sales: Mobile Money and card payments customers make on your captive portal or buy page. Offline sales: printed vouchers (counted when a customer first uses one) and cash sales you record in SityLink. Your bill shows the two separately.
How and when do I pay?
Each bill covers the 1st to the last day of a month and is ready on the 1st of the next month in Settings → Plan & billing. Tap Pay with MoMo to pay it right there. With SityLink Wallet, the online 3% is kept from each sale as it happens, so your bill is mostly the offline 3%.
Is there a monthly subscription or a minimum?
No. If you sell nothing in a month, you pay nothing that month.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Your data stays yours.
